TGavisa was formed by Justin Goatcher and Terry Gibson to meet the
training needs of clients in the Middle East.
Justin Goatcher can back up his consultancy and training advice with
substantial hands-on experience and academic success. A degree in
aeronautical engineering has been followed by 25 years in the industry
working with both the commercial and aviation authority sectors.
Terry Gibson's career started with a Royal Air Force apprenticeship. Terry
is well known throughout the industry as a result of his management
time within the CAA. His expertise has been sought in investigations
into alleged non-compliance, he has provided guidance to various
national aviation authorities and was part of the team establishing EASA
procedures.
Joining two market leading UK based companies, Terry Gibson Associates
and Avisa Aviation Safety Systems, TGavisa offers the widest portfolio of
EASA compliant aviation safety training in the region.

Affiliated to the Farnborough Aerospace Consortium (FAC) TGavisa's team
has an impressive and unrivalled training record. They have delivered
countless courses globally, assisted national authorities and regulators
around the world and worked with both the CAA (UK Aviation Authority)
and JAA (European Joint Aviation Authorities).
In 2006 TGavisa trained more than 750 people in human factors and 14
non UK aviation authorities have already sent their staff to TGavisa for
