FAC Dubai

The FAC offices in the UAE started operations in May 2007, and since opening has been highly successful for the ten initial members. By April 2008 we expect this number to grow to 20.

The member companies in the two offices have had over 200 meetings with potential new business clients within the wider region as well as an additional 160 leads which have lead to quotes and pitches for a wide diversity of aerospace and airline related services. Whilst we are unable to disclose the value of the contracts won, we can say that the value of orders placed are in excess of $16 million (USD).

In addition, to support our members in the UK, a high profile event was held by FAC for the Al Maktoum International Airport development - the largest of its type in the world. This enabled FAC members in the UK to network with management team from the airport, providing opportunities to discuss the provision of products and services to Al Maktoum International.
